Monster Energy Balls Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of oats
- ½ cup of nut butter (such as almond or peanut butter)
- ½ cup of honey or maple syrup
- 1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
- 1 can (not too big!) of your favourite Monster Energy drink
- ½ cup of dark chocolate chips or dried fruits
- A pinch of salt
Method:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, nut butter, and honey until well mixed. If you're using protein powder, add that in too.
- Gradually pour in the Monster Energy drink, stirring until the mixture is well combined but not too wet.
- Fold in the chocolate chips or dried fruits and a pinch of salt for a touch of flavour.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, roughly the size of a golf ball, and place them on a lined baking tray.
- Chill the energy balls in the fridge for about an hour to firm up.
