• Tasty Chicken Broccoli Casserole Recipe

    This hearty Chicken Broccoli Casserole is the perfect comfort dish for any occasion. With tender pieces of chicken, crisp broccoli florets, and a creamy sauce, this recipe combines flavours and textures that will please the entire family.

    Ingredients:

    • 500g cooked chicken, shredded
    • 300g fresh broccoli, cut into florets
    • 200g cooked rice (or pasta, if you prefer)
    • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
    • 150ml milk
    • 100g grated cheese (cheddar works wonderfully)
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • A handful of breadcrumbs for topping

    Method:

    1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan).
    2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, rice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
    3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth. Pour this mixture over the chicken and broccoli, stirring to combine thoroughly.
