    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup of oats
    • ½ cup of nut butter (such as almond or peanut butter)
    • ½ cup of honey or maple syrup
    • 1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
    • 1 can (not too big!) of your favourite Monster Energy drink
    • ½ cup of dark chocolate chips or dried fruits
    • A pinch of salt

    Method:

    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, nut butter, and honey until well mixed. If you're using protein powder, add that in too.
    2. Gradually pour in the Monster Energy drink, stirring until the mixture is well combined but not too wet.
    3. Fold in the chocolate chips or dried fruits and a pinch of salt for a touch of flavour.
    4. Roll the mixture into small balls, roughly the size of a golf ball, and place them on a lined baking tray.
    5. Chill the energy balls in the fridge for about an hour to firm up.

These delicious bites will keep in an airtight container for up to a week, making them a convenient snack to fuel your busy lifestyle. Enjoy responsibly, and remember, moderation is key!
